Business Growth Manager Board Portal

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager Board Portal to join our team in Sweden.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a market-leading organization with high growth and ambitious goals. As a Business Development Manager Board Portal, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential Swedish clients through various channels.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and presentations to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the Board Portal solution.
- Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to understand client pain points and propose customized Board Portal solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS, technology, or financial services industries.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of board portal technology and document management systems.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to approach sales with a consultative mindset.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and terms.
