About this Role:
The Customer Success Manager at Airpelago plays a critical part in shaping the user experience with our innovative software solution, Power. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Identifying opportunities for growth and development within the customer base
- Developing and implementing processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of education in a technical field
- Experience working with SaaS services and solutions
- At least 3 years of experience in customer success or customer support
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
Desirable Skills:
- Background in sales or business development
- Experience working in smaller companies or startups
- Proficiency in German or other languages
