At Bim.com, we're on a mission to connect the people who build with the products they use. We're looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team in Malmö.
We believe that by working together, we can make a difference – both for our customers and the planet. As part of our Sales Development team, you'll be responsible for driving outbound prospecting efforts, engaging potential customers, and setting the foundation for successful sales in the Nordic market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging with potential customers through various methods
- Driving outbound prospecting efforts to generate and qualify leads
- Maintaining and updating lead information in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Working closely with the sales team to develop and optimize prospecting strategies
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and understanding the needs of our target audience
We're looking for someone with:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calls and other proactive sales activities
- The ability to pick up the phone and explore different outreach strategies to create new opportunities
- Experience working with a CRM software
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
- A post-secondary education in business, economics, sales, or equivalent
Bonus points if you have knowledge of the building or sustainability industry and previous experience in a SaaS company
