About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to make an immediate impact. You will work closely with our Regional Sales Managers to sell and support our established dealer base, focusing on the following key responsibilities:

  1. Sell Acre Security's access control solutions to businesses and individuals via telephone or Teams.
  2. Work with the Regional Sales team to grow the assigned territory and account base, generating and following up on sales leads from various sources.
  3. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to qualify leads, provide quotes, and convert calls into sales.
  4. Participate in sales activities, including quoting, order tracking, and general problem-solving to ensure business success.
  5. Maintain accurate customer and dealer data in CRM (Salesforce) to support sales efforts.
  6. Identify project opportunities, create quotes, and maintain a sales pipeline that meets objectives.
  7. Cultivate customer relationships and network with distribution partners to increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.
  8. Attend local/regional events and create weekly/monthly reports, including accurate sales forecasts.
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. 5+ years of experience selling technology or IT-related solutions.
  2. Ability to prioritize and focus to achieve sales targets in a global, top-down organization.
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, engaging various stakeholders.
  4. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
  5. English at business level (verbal and written) required, plus local language proficiency in the assigned territory.
