Sales Leadership Opportunity
Driving Growth in the Nordic RegionAs a Commercial Manager, you will lead our sales efforts in the Nordic region, driving sustainable growth and innovation in livestock monitoring and identification solutions.
About The Role- Motivate and lead a talented team of four sales representatives to achieve sales goals and develop strategic plans that align with our vision.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed financial targets, staying ahead of market trends and customer feedback.
- BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTORS AND KEY PARTNERS, CLOSING SIGNIFICANT AGREEMENTS THAT BENEFIT ALL PARTIES INVOLVED.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive marketing and development of cutting-edge products and services.
- At least 5 years of experience in the livestock industry, with a strong understanding of cattle health and monitoring solutions.
- Proven track record in budget management and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and coach teams.
- Leadership qualities that include integrity, focus on results, and the ability to make bold decisions.
- Advanced business acumen and strategic thinking
- Superior problem-solving abilities and effective communication
- Expertise in sales and customer engagement strategies
