The Consumer Experience Manager role is crucial in developing and implementing the overall consumer experience strategy in Sweden. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with Area CX partners and end-market teams to drive the Sweden CX strategy.
  • Leadership and Enablement: Equip direct reports for success by providing development opportunities, strategic direction, and a healthy work environment.
  • Ongoing Influence: Foster collaboration with the Area Consumer Experience Team and ensure consistency and alignment with Nordics teams.

We require candidates with 5+ years' experience in a similar role, possessing commercially and consumer-centric mindsets, engaging people management skills, and proven experience in a highly regulated FMCG industry.

Achieving objectives requires leading and driving implementation strategies, influencing collaborator management, and prioritizing requirements.
