Purpose

The Strategic Sales role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, fostering key partnerships, and expanding our presence in the digital payments space.

You will play a crucial role in identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and unlocking new markets through our digital services and metal card offerings.

Key Missions

Responsibilities:

  1. Dig out high-potential sales opportunities, navigate complex negotiations, and extract maximum value from every deal.
  2. Build and nurture lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, paving the way for sustained business success.
  3. Leverage your expertise to drive strategic sales initiatives, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the digital payments arena.
  4. Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  5. Join forces with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer expectations and stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Requirements:

  1. Strong background in Financial Institutions, bank industry, or Fintech, payment scheme.
  2. Fluency in English and Swedish; additional Nordic languages a plus.
  3. Relevant university degree or extensive job experience in a field aligned with the role.
  4. Motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  5. In-depth understanding of the payment ecosystem.
  6. A solid grasp of payment technology.
  7. Essential: Based in Stockholm, Sweden.
