Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding existing customers and acquiring new customers throughout Sweden.

  • You will have a clear goal of driving growth on both existing customers by doing up- and cross-selling as well as net new logo sales.
  • You will work hand in hand with internal colleagues from Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Management, Product team among others, and build long-term customer relationships.

Your primary focus will be on selling the entire Matrix42 product portfolio, developing projects independently until successful completion, and coordinating the Winning Team, which will provide you with the necessary sales support in a wide range of disciplines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess extensive experience in IT and software sales, excelling in driving success through channel and/or strategic partnerships and confident deal closures.

  • You must have honed your ability to build enduring, results-driven customer relationships while collaborating effectively with partners.
  • Your ability to understand complex challenges and translate them into tailored solution portfolios is one of your core strengths.
  • You exude confidence, reliability, diligence, and technical expertise, coupled with a high degree of self-motivation and a healthy sense of self-assurance.
  • An analytical thinker, you are committed, assertive, and adept at balancing precision with a proactive approach.
  • Your attentive listening skills and knack for asking insightful questions enable you to navigate nuanced conversations effectively.
