Job Overview:

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the off-trade field sales team consisting of sales representatives and area sales managers. This role is responsible for delivering sales growth, market share growth, and operational excellence through a high-performing field sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring brand sales briefs are effectively executed in-store, maximizing brand visibility and impact.
  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of field sales cycles against targets.
  • Define, implement, and monitor the perfect sales visit model and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, logistics, and finance.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to team leadership.
