The OpportunityThis role will support the Commercial Manager in ensuring seamless day-to-day activities related to account management, sales operations, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities- Assist in managing key accounts by providing operational support and facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Track sales performance and monitor stock availability across key accounts to guarantee alignment with sales targets.
- Support the preparation and execution of business plans for key accounts by assisting with data collection, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, stock movements, and key performance metrics for various accounts to aid the Commercial Manager in evaluating performance.
- Generate regular reports to highlight trends, identify gaps in performance, and provide actionable insights for sales optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date records on account performance, product stock levels, and sales progress.
- E nsure the smooth execution of internal processes, including order management, inventory updates, and sales budget tracking.
- C ordinate with logistics and operations teams to guarantee timely product delivery to key accounts.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or account management coordination role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
- Familiarity with sales operations or supporting key account management teams is advantageous.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems are required.
