Business Development Manager Enterprise Sweden

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a key player in our Field Sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.
As a Business Development Manager, you will develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of the enterprise market, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and account development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales cycles and customer onboarding
- Maintain accurate and timely sales data, pipeline management, and forecasting
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the enterprise software industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategy and tactics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken)
