Amaris Consulting is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Manager. As an intrapreneur, you will have the opportunity to impact the development of our company and become a leader of tomorrow.

As a Manager at Amaris Consulting, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing and nurturing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our Senior Manager to coach and mentor you daily and support you at any time.

We are looking for a young professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, attracted by challenges, self-starters, and ambitious individuals who thrive in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure strong client relationships and satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Work closely with our Senior Manager to coach and mentor you daily and support you at any time
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business or Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Structured, organized, and possessing a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals
