Commercial Role:

As a Commercial Coordinator in our Nordic Region office, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement commercial plans using marketing mix elements to increase sales and maximize brand potential.
  2. Ensure branding consistency across all marketing materials, including advertisements, new product launches, sponsorships, events, and digital platforms.
  3. Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, such as websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  4. Manage Veeva re-approvals, track project progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Assist in implementing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Customer Services, Sales, Market access, GSM, External Agencies, and EMEA Marketing.
  6. Support digital projects, such as setting up websites in AEM and CRMs in Selligent, to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
  7. Perform administrative tasks, like managing invoices, POs, contracts, and supplier handling, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  8. Monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports to inform future marketing strategies.
