We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our e-commerce team. As a Senior E-commerce Professional, you will be responsible for driving growth in a subscription-based business by developing and optimizing the e-commerce platform. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to shape strategies and contribute to the company's overall growth journey.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Continuously improve the e-commerce platform to optimize user experience, enhance brand representation, and drive conversions
- Leverage customer insights, sales performance, and data analytics to inform marketing efforts and drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor competitors and market trends to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within DTC, and a strong background in data analysis and interpretation. They will be a forward-thinking, results-driven professional with excellent collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
