About the Role

TN Sweden is increasing our focus on one of our largest and most important clients within the Private Equity sector. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will become part of an account team driving the global account strategy, rigorous account planning and relationship development across the client's organization.

You will be accountable for the account planning and structure and be deeply involved in discussions and agreements with the client as well as with our teams working globally with the client. In addition, you will have the ability to work with inspiring opportunities and largely influence your own working day.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales activity up and act as a (hunter) to drive more business to TN Sweden Insourcing.
  • Closely cooperate with other sales teams at national level and contribute to sales on a national level with a primary focus on new customer processing.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a proven Sales Track Record, Strong Communication Skills, Effective Negotiation Abilities and Relationship Building skills. The candidate is solution-oriented and has the people skills to be able to formulate the best strategy to serve the client and inspire our teams.

  • Able to team with other key people across geographies to formulate the best strategy to serve the client, as well as working within a matrix organization, balancing the needs of the client against business initiatives and goals.
  • Leads the progress of the business development process and addresses any gaps.
