We are seeking local expertise to improve our outreach in the DACH region. As a result, we are looking for someone with experience in building and shaping the HR market in the region.
This growth is being led by Maria Böhrer, who has been with Teamtailor since 2019 and has grown from a Sales and Business Development Executive through to the Sales Manager DACH during that time.
This showcases our platform for internal development and growth on an individual level as Teamtailor is proud of our ability to shape a future to the individual, the skills they possess and create a pathway that will see them achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships or Customer Success.
- Growth mindset: Continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes and industry.
- Team player: Provide ideas, feedback and support to your direct peers.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- 1-3 years experience.
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable).
- Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
- The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency. Delivers results in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Fluency in German and English.
