About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Business Expansion Specialist to join our team in the Nordics region. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our business presence in the region and developing new revenue streams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Region Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand our business presence in the Nordics region. Identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet merchant needs.
- Promotion of UnionPay Cards: Work on promoting UnionPay cards in Nordic and Baltic markets by collaborating with local partners and stakeholders. Conduct merchant visits, perform test transactions, and manage UnionPay signage posting to ensure smooth card acceptance.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase card usage and transaction volumes in the region. Participate in local sponsorships, branding events, and advertising campaigns to support overall business development efforts.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the business development team, including market research, data analysis, and report preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years' experience in business development, preferably in the payment industry or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; proactive, self-driven, and highly motivated to achieve results.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in any Nordic language is desirable.
