Public Sector Business Development Manager

Become a part of our innovative team at Benify and take on the challenge of being a Public Sector Business Development Manager. We are seeking a results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the public sector.
In this role, you will develop and manage relationships with public sector customers, drive sales processes, and ensure compliance with public procurement regulations. Your strong network within public institutions and ability to leverage existing relationships will be crucial in closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in sales, specifically within the public sector, and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Human Resources or similar is also preferred.
In this role, you will also:
- Prospect and target potential customers, leading to effective meetings and software demonstrations.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, implementing marketing strategies, showcasing software demos, and creating compelling business cases.
- Identify customer needs and craft strategic solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from contract negotiation to closure.
