I rollen som First Line Support Specialist kommer du att vara den första kontakten för kunderna när de ringer eller skickar in ärenden. Det är viktigt att vara serviceminded och en problemlösare. Du kommer att ha varierande dagliga uppgifter, såsom att ta emot och registrera ärenden, kategorisera dem och lösa de problem du kan via telefon eller e-post. Du driver ärenden och löser dem självständigt, i de fall det behövs ser du till att de hamnar hos rätt person.

Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper

  • Avslutad gymnasial utbildning, gärna med inriktning IT/teknik
  • Tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet av att arbeta på en supportavdelning eller kundtjänstavdelning
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska tal och skrift
  • Goda kunskaper i Microsoft, Office 365
