Senior Client Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Partnership Manager to join our team at Proxify AB. As a key member of our Client Management team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client partnerships and driving long-term collaborations between clients and developers.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead initial client meetings, gain a deep understanding of their business needs, and effectively pitch Proxify's services to secure the next steps. You will also work closely with the Client Engineering team to match opportunities with the right developers, ensuring their skills and experience meet client requirements.
To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience with technology, preferably in a tech team, and possess an intrinsic sense of urgency, responsibility, and ownership. You should also be passionate about closing the competence gap in tech and understand how to help clients navigate the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initial client meetings to understand their business needs and pitch Proxify's services.
- Work with the Client Engineering team to match opportunities with the right developers.
- Drive deals through the sales funnel, ensuring speed and quality.
- Closely nurture strong client relationships and contribute to improving our ways of working.
- Directly impact the growth and success of Proxify AB by matching clients with exceptional candidates and establishing long-term partnerships.
