Job Description:The client is a multinational technology conglomerate who's on a mission to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. They are now looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager to join in a consultant assignment.
About the jobThe Senior Client Solutions Manager requires a strategic and analytical solution-driver who puts the client's customers at the core of everything they do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy, and measurement to some of the client's top clients.
This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, creating scaled ROI-positive marketing strategies, and driving satisfaction in innovative ways. This is done through the combination of strong marketing and media understanding and leveraging data-driven insights for the customers. You should have a deep passion for brands, marketing, data & tech integration. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, being comfortable working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions.
Additionally required is working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines and targets. The position also entails the ability to create strong partnerships through nurturing relationships and becoming the sought-out expert for the products and solutions offered, and by that becoming a strong influence power with partners.
What you'll do- Work to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for partners
- Set solution strategies that ties back to partners business outcomes by understanding partners industry trends
- Analyse data and insights to identify areas of opportunity, and guide the strategy and implementation of solutions to drive growth
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
- Media strategy development and execution
- Work and collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross-functional teams
- Guide the media, creative, and measurement strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
- Identify optimization opportunities for improving campaigns performance
- Project manage internal operations and complex work streams
- Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
- Ability to convey complex media recommendations in both written and verbal compelling pitch presentations
- Ability to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of integrity and accountability
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively on a team also including cross-functional partners that might be sitting in different locations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing decision makers
- 10+ years experience working directly with driving commercial paid media strategies and projects for big marketing driven brand, consulting experience and demonstrated leadership skills required
- Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to confidently present ideas to build ongoing relationships with clients and partners
- Experience in managing complex projects and work streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
- Hands-on experience with Meta platforms - run campaigns, set up studies etc.
- BA/BS degree - would be an advantage but not mandatory
- Demonstrated knowledge of data and technology solutions, ad-tech, product partnerships
