We're now seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. As a Key Account Manager at Truesec, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
The Job Requirements
- Drive new business acquisitions and expand existing client relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and cybersecurity requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, client satisfaction, and market trends.
- Present regular account reviews and reports to clients and Truesec's management.
- Address client concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape to provide clients with expert advice and solutions.
Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in the cybersecurity industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude, with the capacity to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A track record of building and maintaining long-term, trusted client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Hubspot) and expertise in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Business-level fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Swedish and English.
