Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at SeenThis AB. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring client success by identifying upsell opportunities, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or ad operations, with knowledge of tracking and analytics technologies.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality control to ensure all campaign elements meet required specifications.
As a Client Success Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to track campaign progress, analyze performance data, and provide insights to drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Growth: Support and develop existing client relationships by identifying upsell opportunities and offering tailored solutions.
Campaign Coordination: Assist in overseeing the execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and to spec.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign progress, analyze performance data, and provide insights to internal teams and clients.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining regular communication with clients and understanding their business goals.
Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot potential issues, proactively resolving challenges to keep campaigns on track.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate campaign details and updates in the SeenThis CRM platform.

QualificationsDigital Advertising Experience: Some previous experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or ad operations, with knowledge of tracking and analytics technologies.
Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for accuracy and quality control to ensure all campaign elements meet required specifications.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English and Swedish.
