We are seeking a Customer Experience Director to lead our customer experience strategy and drive business results at & Other Stories. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive loyalty and retention
  • Analyse customer feedback and behaviour to inform product development and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-centric initiatives
  • Monitor and report on customer experience metrics to drive continuous improvement

  • Proven experience in customer experience management, with a strong track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks effectively
