Rollen innebär att skapa affärsmöjligheter, bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer och bidra till Tribias digitalisering av byggbranschen.
**Ansvarsområden:**
- Generera nya affärer genom att identifiera, implementera och genomföra strategier mot potentiella kunder och utveckla befintliga kundrelationer.
- Identifiera affärsmöjligheter samt boka och genomföra kundmöten.
- Förstå kundens behov och föreslå lösningar som skapar värde för deras verksamhet.
- Skapa och förhandla framgångsrika försäljningsavtal samt följa upp för att säkerställa kundnöjdhet och långsiktiga affärsrelationer.
- Representera Tribia på mässor och event för att stärka varumärket och skapa nya kontakter.
- Leadsgenerering och kunduppföljning i verktyg som HubSpot, Byggfakta m.m.
**Förutsättningar för lyckande rollprestation:**
Vi tror att du är en person som drivs av att skapa resultat, bygga relationer och arbeta i team. Ditt engagemang och nyfikenhet är minst lika viktiga som din erfarenhet.
Vi ser gärna att du har:
- Erfarenhet från bygg- och anläggningsbranschen.
- Tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning inom SaaS, B2B eller närliggande områden.
- Förmåga att arbeta proaktivt och strukturerat samt en stark vilja att utvecklas.
- Utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter, både muntligt och skriftligt, på svenska.
- En hög grad av självmotivation och ambition, kombinerat med en vilja att bidra till gruppens framgångar.
