Incident Manager

Vi söker en erfaren och driven Incident Manager för ett spännande konsultuppdrag hos en av våra kunder. Som Incident Manager ansvarar du för att säkerställa en effektiv hantering av incidenter med målet att minimera påverkan på verksamheten och snabbt återställa normalläge. Uppdraget kräver en strukturerad person med starkt fokus på problemlösning och samordning.
Arbetsuppgifter:
- Ansvara för hela incidenthanteringsprocessen enligt ITIL-ramverket
- Koordinera och leda incidentutredningar från identifiering till lösning
- Säkerställa snabb återställning av tjänster vid kritiska incidenter
- Kommunicera med interna och externa intressenter under incidentförloppet
- Utveckla och förbättra incidenthanteringsrutiner och processer
- Delta i rotorsaksanalyser och föreslå förbättringsåtgärder
- Producera rapporter och statistik kring incidenthantering och trender
Baskunskaper
Skallkrav:
- Erfarenhet av rollen som Incident Manager i komplexa IT-miljöer
- Goda kunskaper i ITIL-ramverket (minst ITIL Foundation-certifiering)
- Erfarenhet av arbete med ITSM-verktyg (t.ex. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy eller liknande)
- Förmåga att leda och koordinera under pressade situationer
- Flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
- Tjänsten kräver att man genomgår en säkerhetsprövning.
Meriterande:
- Certifiering inom ITIL Intermediate eller högre
- Erfarenhet av arbete i organisationer med hög tillgänglighet och säkerhetskrav
- Kunskap inom change management och problem management
- Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete i agila team och metoder
Personliga färdigheter, egenskaper, erfarenhet
- Strukturerad och lösningsorienterad
- Stresstålig med förmåga att behålla lugnet vid kritiska situationer
- Stark kommunikativ förmåga och duktig på att samordna flera intressenter
- Proaktiv och initiativrik med fokus på ständig förbättring
- Analytisk och metodisk i sitt arbetssätt
