About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team at King. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the resolution of complex incidents impacting our services and players.
As an Incident Resolution Specialist, you will collaborate closely with various departments across the Kingdom, including game teams, shared technology, infrastructure, advertising, and data teams, to detect, solve, or prevent a range of game-related incidents. Your strong analytical skills and technical knowledge will be essential in identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- React and respond to real-time machine learning anomaly detection systems.
- Use cutting-edge analytics to discover slow-moving trends and identify potential issues.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of both business and technical KPIs to proactively detect potential problems.
- Stay up-to-date with current events affecting our operations to provide situational awareness and improve incident responses.
What We're Looking For
- A passionate problem solver who can think on their feet and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Broad technical understanding (software, hardware, tech product management, computer science, etc.). Ideally, you will have some coding experience to easily collaborate with development teams.
- Analytical, structured approach to solving problems.
- Good communication skills and a positive, collaborative mindset.
- Fast learner with a desire to continuously improve processes and procedures.
