Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden

Som innesäljare kommer du att spela en viktig roll i vårt säljteam med ansvar för kundkontakt och försäljningsprocesser. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

- Presentera och sälja pågående kampanjer och sortiment
- Bygga och vårda långsiktiga kundrelationer
- Samordning av försäljning mot små och medelstora företag
- Genomföra behovsanalyser och föreslå passande lösningar för kunder

Kvalifikationer och egenskaper

För att lyckas i denna roll ser vi att du har följande kvalifikationer och egenskaper:

Krav

- Erfarenhet inom försäljning och orderhantering
- Goda kommunikationsfärdigheter i svenska, både i tal och skrift
- God datorvana och erfarenhet av CRM-system
- Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och i team

Meriterande

- Tidigare erfarenhet inom innesälj
- Kompetens inom digitala säljverktyg
