Om tjänsten:

Som VD/Försäljningschef är du både strateg och doer. Du har det övergripande ansvaret för att driva försäljningen framåt samtidigt som du rekryterar, leder och inspirerar ett dynamiskt säljteam, och rapporterar till styrelsen. Rollen erbjuder en unik möjlighet att ha ett betydande inflytande på företagets utveckling, med chansen att bygga och forma ett säljteam från grunden. Du kommer att arbeta i en dynamisk och innovativ arbetsmiljö med högt i tak, där din insats värdesätts. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

- Bygga och leda ett säljteam: Rekrytera och utveckla talanger som delar din passion för sälj och innovation. Du sätter tonen för en stark och positiv kultur som genomsyrar hela organisationen.
- Utveckla försäljningsstrategier: Skapa och implementera strategier som inte bara ökar våra intäkter utan också levererar verkligt värde till våra kunder.
- Produktutveckling: Samarbeta med produktteamet för att kontinuerligt förbättra och anpassa våra erbjudanden till marknadens behov.
- Kundfokus: Arbeta nära våra kunder för att förstå deras utmaningar och leverera lösningar som gör skillnad.
- Resultatuppföljning: Sätta tydliga mål och KPI:er för att mäta framgång och säkerställa kontinuerlig utveckling.

För att lyckas i tjänsten som VD/Försäljningschef är det avgörande att du inom de första sex månaderna bygger upp ett starkt och effektivt säljteam. Du ska etablera en företagskultur som genomsyras av våra värderingar och visioner, samtidigt som du skapar långsiktiga relationer med kunder och driver produktutveckling som möter marknadens behov.

- Erfarenhet av att leda säljorganisationer: Du har byggt och lett säljteam med framgång och vet hur man skapar en kultur av hög prestation och engagemang.
- Strategisk förståelse: Du tänker stort och kan samtidigt gå ner på detaljnivå för att säkerställa att strategier blir verklighet.
- Fokus på resultat: Du drivs av att nå och överstiga mål och inspirerar andra att göra detsamma.
- Entreprenörsanda: Du trivs i en miljö där din insats har en direkt påverkan och kan ta initiativ till nya möjligheter.
- En stark ledarstil: Du är empatisk, tydlig och kan motivera ditt team att prestera på topp.

I tjänsten så ingår en 1-årig säljutbildning med föreläsaren Mikael Arndt, inklusive 25 diplomerande kurser i försäljning, live föreläsningar varje vecka, Sveriges största säljevent på Oscarsteatern och en 2-dagars säljkonferens i Stockholm.
