I takt med vår snabba tillväxt söker vi en exceptionell ledare för att bygga upp ett eller flera av våra säljteam i Stockholm och Köpenhamn. Du får ansvaret för nyförsäljning inom nya målgrupper/produkter, där du ska etablera nya avdelningar och säkerställa den medlemskapstillväxt som gör oss till Sveriges snabbast växande community för professionell utveckling.

Vi skapar nätverksgrupper, utvecklingsprogram och konferenser som ska ge våra medlemmar extraordinära och varaktiga resultat. Vi drivs av vår övertygelse att utbildning och utveckling sker genom hela livet och brinner för att hjälpa yrkesverksamma att övervinna "The Experience Trap". Presidents Institute har idag 25 anställda och över 1000 aktiva toppchefer som medlemmar. Vi är verksamma i Danmark, Sverige och Finland.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
- Bygga en framstående säljorganisation med en högpresterande kultur, gemensam vision, tydliga och ambitiösa mål, positiv konkurrens, kontinuerligt lärande och utveckling, ansvarstagande, engagemang och driv.
- Utvärdera individuella och teamets kompetenser, styrkor och behov genom coaching, månatliga 1:1-samtal samt ge och ta emot feedback.
- Leda, utveckla och motivera exceptionella säljteam.
- Rekrytera rätt personer och kontinuerligt utveckla medarbetarna.
- Utveckla säljhandböcker och bygga upp ett akademi för snabb och effektiv onboarding av nya medarbetare.
- Implementera företagets strategi och vara med och definiera framtida strategier.
- Stänga affärer och säkerställa att vi når våra strategiska mål.
- Bygga och underhålla relationer med kunder (C-level-ledare från Sveriges största och mest spännande organisationer).

Du kommer att arbeta nära VD, våra andra försäljningschefer och styrelsen och bli en fast del av företagets ledning.
