Arbetsbeskrivning
Som Team Lead för Onsite-teamet i Köping har du det övergripande ansvaret för IT-support och infrastrukturleveranser vid kundens fabrik. Du leder ett team av anställda och konsulter där du säkerställer att IT-tjänster levereras effektivt och i linje med globala riktlinjer. Rollen innebär nära samarbete med både lokala och globala IT-funktioner, hantering av IT-behov från verksamheten samt optimering av resurser för att driva standardisering och digitalisering.

Om dig
Vi söker dig som har en relevant utbildning och erfarenhet av IT-leveranser, gärna inom tillverkning. Du har dokumenterad ledarerfarenhet, god förståelse för IT-infrastruktur och stark förmåga att hantera och prioritera affärsbehov. Du är en kommunikativ och resultatinriktad ledare med hög integritet och förmåga att skapa struktur.

Mer konkret ser vi att du har:

* Några års erfarenhet som Onsite tekniker, Service Desk tekniker eller Backoffice tekniker
* Erfarenhet att leda ett team
* Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
