The Role:

In this role, you will project manage the successful implementation of complex solutions for clients from inception through to closing, delivering on time and with quality.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing external client demands together with internal stakeholders by leading the Statement of Work, aligning project plans, and controlling the project to ensure that implementations are completed on time and meet client expectations.

You will lead cross-functional teams of employees, vendors, and customers responsible for defining and delivering D&B solutions and services. Your main objective will be to plan, oversee, and document all aspects of assigned projects.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Drive high-priority implementation projects by coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, customers, and 3rd parties according to customer agreements with quality in a secure and resilient way.
  • Review external client demands together with internal stakeholders by leading and documenting the Statement of Work, aligning project plans, and driving the project to ensure that implementations are completed on time and meet client expectations.
  • Provide clear and concise project management deliverables and communications to secure that the customer experience is optimal and that the process is continuously improved.
  • Coordinate all relevant resources, external and internal, for the flawless execution of multiple projects.

To Succeed in This Role, We Believe You Have:

  • A strong track record as a project manager delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
  • A proactive approach to communication that addresses projects in a transparent, honest, and curious way.
  • Excellent documentation skills for Statements of Work or similar project documentation.
  • The ability to work as a smart, adaptable, and open-minded team player.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrable project management experience.
  • Preferably a certificate in a Project Management Methodology (PMP, PMBOK, or Agile).
  • Full work proficiency in Swedish.
