AktivBo grundades 1991 för att utveckla en plattform med målet att uppnå konkreta och mätbara förbättringar för hyresgäster och ge ett omfattande stöd till fastighetsbolagen i deras kundorienterade arbete. Genom kundundersökningar, datadriven analys och agerbara insikter skapas underlag för fastighetsbolagen att fatta smartare beslut.
Idagsamarbetar vi med över 450 fastighetsbolag i cirka 15länder, vilket möjliggör en unik benchmark mot andra aktörer i branschen. Vårt huvudkontor finns i Stockholm (Östermalm), men vi har också kontor i Hamburg, Tyskland.

Om rollen
Som Customer Development Manager ansvarar du för att driva, utveckla och förvalta dina egna kunder samt att bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer. Du kommer ansvara för att förbättra och utveckla våra kunders erbjudande och driva ett flertal projekt parallellt.
Du har flera olika samarbetsytor då du arbetar i kundteam med personer från flera olika avdelningar internt. Med stöd av vår digitala analysplattform kommer du arbeta med löpande undersökningsdata, förändringsledning och implementation.
Observera att detta är en distansroll men att tjänsten innebär frekventa resor både inom Sverige (framförallt till kontoret i Stockholm) och internationellt. Är du bosatt i Stockholmsområdet ser vi däremot att du utgår ifrån vårt kontor.

- Du har en akademisk utbildning från universitet eller högskola
- Du talar och kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska, tyska och engelska
