Local HR-Manager Nordic (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager Nordic (m/f/d) for our Fortune 500 client in the packaging industry, located in the Jönköpings län region. In this newly created role, you will align regional HR strategies with business objectives and leverage your cross-site expertise to standardize processes and manage talent effectively. This position requires a strategic yet hands-on professional to drive impactful HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and develop a 4-person HR team across Sweden and Denmark, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Report directly to the HR Director based in the UK.

Process Standardization & Performance Metrics

Develop and implement standardized HR processes and policies across three operational sites in Sweden and Denmark.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance, drive improvement, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

HR Strategy Implementation

Oversee the execution of the company's HR strategy across all Nordic locations, ensuring consistent and impactful delivery.

Compensation & Benefits Management

Manage compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus administration, and benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable practices across locations.

Change Management & Organizational Development

Lead organizational change initiatives to support business transformation and growth.

Design and implement strategies to enable smooth transitions during periods of change.

Project Management

Oversee and deliver key HR projects such as absence management programs, attrition reduction initiatives, and refugee integration efforts.

Talent & Performance Management

Implement and manage talent review and performance management processes to foster employee development and organizational growth.

Ensure consistent and effective application of performance management practices across all sites.

Team Development & Coaching

Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to staffing teams at all locations, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Compliance & Legal Adherence

Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations across Sweden and Denmark.

Stay informed of HR best practices and legal requirements to proactively address potential risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Extensive experience in a human resources leadership role in multiple locations.

Proven track record of standardising HR processes and policies.

Strong understanding of compensation structures and labour relations.

Excellent project management skills.

Proven ability to lead organisational change and manage talent across multiple locations.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity and professional ethics.

Excellent Swedish as well as English language skills, Danish would be nice to have;
