About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client's team in Tranås. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of HR processes and overseeing the HR team, which includes HR Business Partners, Leadership Coaches, and the Payroll team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the business objectives
  • Lead the HR team and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services
  • Collaborate closely with leaders and associates across the organization to foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and teamwork
  • Strengthen the employer brand and position the company as a top-tier employer of choice
  • Transform business needs into actionable HR initiatives and drive cultural change
  • Provide data-driven HR insights to support informed decision-making

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience in HR
  • Proven expertise as a HR manager, senior generalist with experience leading HR teams, including payroll operations
  • A track record of success in leadership development, organizational design, and managing core HR processes within a global environment
  • Exceptional relationship management skills and consultative approach
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to act on HR and business metrics
  • Knowledge of Swedish labor law required; knowledge of other Nordic labor laws an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
