Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an Area Account Manager to join our Trauma team located in the south of Sweden.
Objectives of the Position
- Take full responsibility and be accountable for the overall business performance for your product portfolio including drawing commercial conclusions and taking appropriate action.
- Establish and execute sales strategies to achieve the budget in your territory.
- Gain and retain excellent relationships with our customers and relevant KOLs.
- Train and educate users in product-related matters, attend surgeries, and maintain a professional service level to customers.
- Continue to develop existing business and identify new possibilities within your territory.
- Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics, legal requirements, and JnJ policies.
Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education (eftergymnasial utbildning) is highly recommended but not a requirement.
- Experience in any or several of: medical sales, hospital/medical background, or background in the medical device industry are preferred.
- Preferred to live in the area of your business; Skåne, Halland, or Kronoberg.
- Knowledge of the orthopedic and medical device environment in general and the Trauma business in particular is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and spoken language.
- High level of social skills and communicative.
- Professional and business-minded.
- Strive to excel in your own, as well as the team's, business development.
- Positive, curious, and easy-going personality.
- Driving license (requirement).
- Experience within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry (preferable).
We are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and structured person with a great ability to prioritize and make things happen. You share our passion for patient care and meeting customer needs together with strong business acumen. The candidate must be able to act on short notice and handle several parallel ongoing customer activities. You will join a team with highly experienced colleagues and will have a high impact in shaping the trauma business in your district together with the team members.
