Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Business Operations to join our team and contribute to our scale-up phase. As the Senior Director of Business Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless daily operations of our organization. Based in Stockholm CBD, you will drive and develop teams, display an ownership mindset, and lead the implementation of creative solutions. Your key areas of focus include leading and developing daily operations, implementing operational plans and processes for scale-up, recruiting and leading high-performing team members, and ensuring efficient work practices to achieve our goals.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop daily operations towards set goals.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and processes to transition towards scale-up.
  • Recruit and lead high-performing team members, fostering a strong company culture aligned with the vision of the founders and CEO.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a senior operational position within a fast-growing organization, with a focus on building and scaling up operations.
  • Knowledge of managing risks and uncertainty in a rapidly evolving organization, with a track record of delivering results and finding creative solutions on a regular basis.
  • Experience in the hospitality, retail, and/or residential industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities and talent for building an attractive corporate culture and high-performing teams with an international mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
  • Highly development-oriented and driven by entrepreneurship, with a passion for taking startups to the next level.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while remaining calm in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven track record in operations management and industry expertise.
  • Experience in cultivating high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Strategic thinking and unwavering commitment to guide the organization towards greatness.
Additional Information:
  • You will initially lead a team of 3-4 managers, while preparing for building larger teams.
  • Our office is located in Stockholm, with occasional travel within the Nordic region.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is required for daily operations.
