Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the direct tax team members in Stockholm, India, and Singapore.
  • Collaborating with tax and business colleagues to review and provide comprehensive tax advice on new business lines and contracts.
  • Advising on regional tax considerations of M&A transactions and integration plans.

Requirements:

  • University degree with relevant education.
  • Minimum of 20 years' experience working in Swedish Corporate Tax Law.
  • Broad experience with European tax regulations impacting multinational corporations.
