We are seeking an experienced Group Tax Manager to join our Global Finance team. As a key member, you will work closely with the rest of the Global Tax team and local Finance Directors across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for technical and strategic advice on tax accounting, reporting, and related queries across all jurisdictions.
  • Lead, develop, and implement key tax strategies and risk mitigation measures, especially related to tax accounting issues connected to OECD Pillar 2 compliance.
  • Review and analyze tax reporting and develop new and improved processes.
  • Forecasting and analysis of the Group's effective tax rate and cash taxes across all jurisdictions.
  • Analyze and advise on tax rates to be used in investment decisions.
  • Ensure the quality of group-level tax accounting and external reporting.
  • Provide support to, primarily, the Swedish entities of the group regarding tax calculations and tax return processes, focusing especially on interest limitation rules.
  • Participate in M&A and investment transactions, working with tax and structuring related workstreams.
  • Monitor key international tax trends, especially in relation to financial services, investments, and asset management, and be able to operationalize these trends together with our Investments Finance team.
  • Partake in ongoing Tax Audits, legal processes, and queries across all jurisdictions.
  • Provide ad hoc tax advice and participate in groupwide transformation projects.
