As a Creative Operations Director, you will lead the strategic and operational framework for the Creative Solutions Group, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with broader business goals. Overseeing Creative Operations Leads and Principal Producers, you will develop and refine processes that enhance team performance, optimize resources, and drive operational excellence across markets and clients.

This role is responsible for high-level process development, financial oversight, and long-term growth strategies, ensuring seamless integration between Creative Solutions operations and Group Operations. You will work closely with creative leadership, finance, and business operations, aligning on margin management, forecasting, and automation initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with Group Operations to ensure that operational standards, tools, and workflows are consistent and scalable within the team.

This role requires a visionary leader who can drive operational transformation, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure Creative Solutions operates at peak efficiency while aligning with global operational strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Define and implement the operational strategy for Creative Solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead multi-team operational planning, overseeing Creative Operations Leads and Principal Producers across multiple regions and client portfolios.
  • Develop and standardize scalable processes and tools, ensuring that Creative Solutions' operational frameworks integrate seamlessly with broader company initiatives.
  • Evaluate, implement, and oversee the creative operations tool stack, integrating automation, AI, and efficiency-driven innovations to optimize team productivity and collaboration.
  • Own financial forecasting and margin management, ensuring cost efficiencies and sustainable growth.
  • Partner with senior Creative leadership (Directors, CSO, Finance, People, etc.) to refine and implement operational strategies.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and process excellence, ensuring teams operate effectively and efficiently.

  • Executive-Level Operational Strategy: Mastery in defining and leading operational frameworks that scale across teams and business units.
  • Financial & Margin Optimization: Advanced expertise in managing budgets, tracking profitability, and driving cost efficiencies in collaboration with Finance and Group Operations.
  • Multi-Team Leadership & People Development: Proven ability to oversee and mentor managers, ensuring team alignment with high-level business objectives.
  • Workflow & Process Innovation: Expert at developing scalable, automated workflows that enhance efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
  • Technology & Automation Strategy: Highly skilled in implementing AI, automation, and digital tools to future-proof operations and align with Group Operations initiatives.
  • Decision-Making & Risk Management: Strong ability to assess challenges, make data-driven decisions, and mitigate risks to maintain operational stability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Group Integration: Experienced in aligning Creative Solutions operations with Group Operations, Finance, and business leadership to ensure consistency and scalability.
