We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Business Developer to join our team on a 100% commission basis. As a key player in our growth, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with clients in Europe. You will be working remotely, calling European clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in Europe.
  2. Identify opportunities, generate leads, and develop new business relationships.
  3. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  4. Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities and client interactions.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably 10 years).
  2. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  3. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Comfortable working on a 100% commission basis.
  6. Ability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM (Swedish time).
