Din nya vardag
Du får ett starkt fokus på nykundsbearbetning (ca 80 %) – men bygger samtidigt upp en portfölj som du sedan själv förvaltar och växer. Du säljer tekniska lösningar inom fästelement till svensk tillverkningsindustri.
Det handlar inte om att bara ta order. Det handlar om att förstå kundens behov, skapa smarta lösningar och bygga affärsrelationer som håller över tid.
Du får tydliga mål, planerar själv din tid, resor och din agenda – men du står aldrig ensam. Vi backar dig med säljsupport, teknik, logistik och order.

Vi tror att du är en erfaren B2B-säljare som vill ha mer frihet, mer inflytande och mer fart i vardagen. Du har ett brinnande affärsdriv och trivs i ett högt tempo där relationer, resultat och lösningar står i centrum. Du motiveras av att bli utmanad och trivs i en lärande kultur.
Vi ser gärna att du har:
- Minst 3 års erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning inom tillverkningsindustri eller tekniskt segment
- Teknisk förståelse – gärna inom fästelement, komponenter eller industriprodukter
- Förmåga att driva hela säljprocessen – från första möte till avslut
- Struktur, energi och CRM-vana
- Körkort och möjlighet att resa i tjänsten (minst 50–60 %)
- Flytande svenska och engelska
