OM ROLLEN

Vi söker en Business Development Manager som kommer att ansvara för expansionen på den svenska marknaden. I denna roll kommer du tillhöra New Sales Teamet och bli en nyckelspelare i att driva företagets tillväxt i Sverige. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter som Business Development Manager kommer vara att driva nykundsförsäljningen, leda och koordinera projekt, skapa omfattande anbud samt säkerställa en optimal leverans av Compass tjänster. Vidare kommer du även att ansvara för- och säkerställa en smidig övergång av projekt av kunder till resterande i organisationen vid uppstart och implementering av nya kontrakt. Du arbetar nära ledningsgruppen och har en tvärfunktionell samverkan med de operativt ansvariga, det kommersiella teamet och Service Excellence Teamet.

KVALIFIKATIONER

  • Akademisk examen eller motsvarande
  • 3–5 års relevant erfarenhet inom komplex försäljning, som managementkonsult eller liknande inom affärsrådgivning
  • Erfarenhet av B2B-kontrakt och nykundsförsäljning samt projektledning
  • Förmågan att skapa en affärslösning till kund från bearbetning av LEADs till färdigt erbjudande innefattande förhandlingar och kontraktsskrivning
  • Du är bekväm med digitala verktyg och teknik samt har erfarenhet av dokumentation och rapportering i CRM-system
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

För att lyckas i denna roll ser vi att du har ett starkt driv och stort engagemang samt har en "close-the deal-mentalitet" Du har god kommunikativ förmåga, ett analytiskt öga, samt ett strukturerat och organiserat arbetssätt. Vidare är du prestigelös och brinner för nykundsförsäljning och är van vid att arbeta med komplex försäljning. Vi ser gärna att du är nytänkande, där du kan tillföra värde för att utveckla nya kundrelationer. Du har dessutom förmågan att genomföra presentationer på olika nivåer internt och externt, samt kunna hantera komplexa anbudsprojekt. Vidare är du en lagspelare, men har också förmågan att arbeta självständigt.
