Position Purpose
As the AI Transformation Director, you will play a crucial role in guiding Permobil's transition towards a digitally empowered future. This role is central to our efforts to incorporate data and automation, enhance product and service quality, and transform user experiences. You will also be key in identifying areas and processes within Permobil that can benefit from AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for AI transformation aligned with Permobil's strategic objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive AI strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization to identify and capitalize on opportunities to utilize AI for process improvement and outcomes enhancement.
- Design and oversee projects that deploy AI technologies, ensuring they meet our stringent standards of innovation and efficacy.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the progress and impact of AI initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential applications and advantages for Permobil.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and adherence to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, and data modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems and drive innovation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record in a diverse team environment.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in English required; Swedish proficiency is advantageous.
