Aspia söker nu en senior säljare som vill bli del av ett modernt tillväxtbolag på deras fortsatta tillväxtresa

Till försäljningsteamet på Aspia söker vi en senior säljare som drivs av att initiera och driva stora affärer och som har goda försäljningsresultat över lång tid inom komplex tjänsteförsäljning. Aspia har initierat en satsning på storkundssegmentet och i denna roll har du möjlighet att sätta stort avtryck i ett bolag som är inne i en spännande utvecklingsresa

I denna roll rapporterar du direkt till Aspias försäljningschef, utgår ifrån någon av storstäderna i Sverige och ser hela Sverige och Norden som fokus för dina arbetsinsatser.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
  1. Proaktivt identifiera och utveckla affärsmöjligheter med stora företag och koncerner.
  2. Uppsökande försäljning och utveckling av befintliga kundrelationer.
  3. Leda kundteam med specialister från olika avdelningar för att erbjuda en heltäckande lösning.
  4. Säkerställa att kunden har god kännedom om hela tjänsteutbudet.
  5. Driva säljprocessen med anpassning till kundens köpprocess.
  6. Hantera kundbesök, deadlines, offertgivning och förslag inom utsatta tidsramar.
Vem är du?

Du är en driven, resultatorienterad och engagerad person med intreprenöriell ådra – som gillar att vinna och prestera samtidigt som du ser det som en självklarhet att det krävs samarbete för att lyckas i affärer. Du har framgångsrikt initierat och drivit komplex tjänsteförsäljning mot många stakeholders. Du är en självgående projektledare som driver säljprocessen, kunden och interna resurser framåt utan att tappa blicken på helheten.

Din bakgrund:
  1. Erfarenhet av 5+ år av att driva försäljning inom Large-segmentet med goda resultat.
  2. Framgångsrikt över tid, och i flera positioner, arbetat med nyförsäljning och med att bygga case inom komplex tjänsteförsäljning mot C-nivå.
  3. Erfarenhet av försäljning av fler affärsområden och kompetenser.
  4. Framgångsrikt etablerat och utvecklat relationer (internt och externt).
  5. Framgångsrikt lett och drivit kundteam och byggt upp ett stort nätverk som är relevant för den här rollen.
  6. Framgångsrikt navigerat och utvecklat försäljning i bolag som varit i transformation.
