I rollen som säljare mot offentlig sektor ansvarar du för försäljning mot såväl nya som befintliga kunder inom segmentet.

Om rollen:
Vi söker efter en resultatorienterad säljare som både kan öka våra befintliga kunders kontonoch även identifieranya kunder.För att lyckas behöver du kunna förstå de utmaningar som den offentliga sektorn står inför och arbeta proaktivt för att lösa dessa utmaningar.

  • Arbeta nära såväl befintliga som nya kunder under avtalsperiod och inför kommande upphandling.
  • Sluta direktavtal med kommuner under upphandlingsgräns.
  • Säkerställa att relevanta intressenter hos målgruppen har tillgång till rätt och aktuell information om våra tjänster.
  • Arbeta nära kunder på alla plan, samt arbeta tvärfunktionellt internt för att säkerställa att kunders behov tas hänsyn till i allt vi gör.
  • Påverkansarbete mot politiker och beslutsfattare.

  • Har erfarenhet av att driva tillväxt mot offentlig sektor.
  • Är van vid komplex försäljning, med allt vad det innebär.
  • Lutar dig framåt i allt du gör, särskilt i affärer.
  • Kännetecknas av hög ambition och förmåga att nå uppsatta mål.
  • Är en lagspelare som räcker upp handen och bidrar där och när det behövs.
  • Skapar förtroende och är tillitsfull, samtidigt som du är nyfiken.
  • Har god förståelse för upphandling, där det är meriterande om du arbetat med anbud.
  • Har stor tillit till din egen förmåga utan att för den delen vara prestigefull. Du tar dig an nya utmaningar med entusiasm.
  • Satsar helhjärtat på ditt uppdrag, håller deadlines och levererar resultat.
