Car Service Business is an organization within Volvo Cars with the purpose to enable an effortless car usage and service experience. Service business is, of course, fundamental to Volvo Cars' success. What you'll do
  1. Take the lead in creation of relevant reporting dashboards and data.
  2. Take the lead in creation of relevant forecasting tools.
  3. MI-research creation and follow-up to create understanding of the regions where Battery Lifecycle Services is present.
  4. Keep knowledge of replacement battery offers up-to-date and expand to the EU.
  5. Create knowledge of replacement battery offers on the market and residual values of electric cars.
  6. Take the lead in creating different Core-values for different State of Health-batteries.
  7. Create communication Newsletter with regions and markets on a regular base with important and relevant information.
  8. Conduct market visits and meetings.

Do you fit the profile?

You have a BS degree in Engineering or Business Administration, MBA is an asset. You have some years of Management experience as well as senior working experience from Project Management/Planning and Business Development. Experience in the Damage Repair Business is beneficial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Any additional language is an asset. Analytical thinking skills, high level of commercial understanding, business acumen mind-set, and high level of coordination and communication skills are also important for this role.
