Your impact and responsibilities

Join us as the Business Development Manager catering to the Swedish and Norwegian healthcare markets. Your primary task involves introducing and selling our cutting-edge healthcare analytics software to both new and existing clients. Your role also entails:

  • Devising and executing a commercial strategy to meet the company's growth goals within the healthcare analytics sector
  • Spotting fresh business prospects via thorough market analysis, networking, and lead generation
  • Nurturing enduring client relationships, both current and prospective, to establish sustainable partnerships
  • Collaborating with colleagues to formulate proposals, deliver pitch presentations, and finalize agreements with clients
  • Participating in industry gatherings and events to expand your network, stay abreast of industry trends, and engage potential clients
  • Maintaining and overseeing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth aligned with predefined targets
  • Supervising and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with business development endeavors
Your team

You will be part of our revenue team, working alongside professionals at our various European offices. Comprising around 30 dedicated individuals (and expanding), the team focuses on promoting Healthcare Analytics software to new customers and managing existing accounts within the healthcare sector.
You'll closely collaborate with the sales personnel in the Nordics region and report directly to the Sales Director for the Nordics.

Your profile

We believe that possessing the following qualifications and abilities will enhance your success in this position:

  • Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field like business administration, marketing, or healthcare management
  • Accumulating 5-8 years of experience in B2B healthcare or public domains in Sweden and/or Norway
  • Established connections within hospitals and exposure to executive-level interactions
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and executing effective business strategies, preferably within healthcare analytics
  • Proven capacity to detect and cultivate new business prospects through networking, lead generation, and market research
  • Proficiency in building enduring client relationships to drive revenue growth and facilitate partnerships
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for effectively delivering proposals, negotiating contracts, and cooperating with cross-functional teams
  • A pragmatic 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong drive and enthusiasm to make a significant impact on the business
  • Commercial mindset with adept relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage a sales pipeline, and ensure steady revenue growth
  • Proficiency in Swedish and/or Norwegian, in addition to English, is mandatory for this role
