Trioworld is on a growth journey where the revenue has nearly tripled over the past five years and the ambition is to continue this ambitious journey in the coming years. This will be done both trough organic growth but also trough an accelerated M&A agenda. Together with our customers, we push the boundaries of what is possible and lead the development work in circular plastics. To succeed with this, we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to primarily support our largest division Stretch Film but also the whole Trioworld group.

Overall purpose of the role
The purpose of the role is to support Trioworlds growth journey both in terms of organic growth and M&A and specifically the Stretch Film division. In this role you will support the management team of the Stretch Film division by driving the annual strategy process, implement the commercial excellence framework and drive various strategic projects within the division.
Part of the role is also to support the development and implementation of the Trioworld Group Commercial Excellence framework and when needed drive Trioworld Group Business Development projects. You will spend approximately 75% of your time in the division and 25% on Group projects.

Key responsibilities
In close collaboration with Stretch Film Division Management team, VP Business Development at Trioworld Group and other key stakeholders drive the following areas:

Strategy support:

• Together with the Management team of Division Stretch Film drive their annual strategy process.

• Support Division president of Stretch Film with follow up of strategy implementation and driving management team meetings.

• Support the Division president with strategic analyses and decision material for the Board of Directors and other decision forums.

• Support the Division president with analysis of potential M&A targets and be part of the M&A process when applicable.

Commercial Excellence Framework in Division Stretch Film:

• Own and drive the implementation of the Trioworld Commercial Excellence agenda in the Stretch Film division, e.g. ensure CRM is properly used, follow up on growth and profitability KPI's, develop pricing frameworks, support the organization with market intelligence data and customer segmentations.

• Drive projects related to the commercial excellence agenda within the division, e.g. portfolio optimization, market analyses and targeted growth strategies.

Trioworld Group Business Development team:

• Support in the continuous development of the Trioworld Commercial Excellence frameworks, eg. sales trainings, market intelligence tools and KAM toolbox.

• Drive complex cross divisional projects within the organization, eg. Implementation of a TW Group wide Sales Academy, a Pricing Model, an organization change etc.

Qualifications & Experiences

• A minimum of 4-7 years' experience from strategy/management consulting or in combination with similar role in an industrial company focused on commercial excellence, pricing etc.

• Strong knowledge in commercial excellence and a demonstrated experience from developing and implementing growth strategies/pricing frameworks/segmentation models/sales academies etc. in a global matrix organization

• Experience from developing and presenting decision material for complex topics in an international organization

• Good experience in managing cross-functional projects in a matrix organization

• Experience from mergers and acquisitions is an advantage but not a requirement

• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written

• A relevant university education

Reporting and follow up

• The position will report to VP Business Development, who is a part of the Group Management Team (GMT) and reports to CEO. The role will have a dotted line to the President of the Stretch Film division as most of the responsibilities will be there. Reporting in GMT meetings will take place on a regular base.
