Smartmicro traffic sensors feature the most advanced 4D target tracking technology available on the international market today. Our products include detection at traffic intersections (presence and passage detection, VRU detection), detectors for road traffic management (counting and classification, incident detection) as well as applications for monitoring (speed, red light running and mobile speed control). Smartmicro delivers complete traffic solutions directly to end customers as well as sensors for OEM integration. With our long experience in the rapidly expanding ITS sector, smartmicro is a technology leader for smart cities.

Tasks
  • You establish and develop new customers in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
  • Also, you maintain and improve existing customer relationships to increase business volume
  • You identify, manage and secure growth opportunities in the territory
  • You establish a strong relationship with consultants and end users
  • Collect and share market intelligence on trends, customer needs and competition is also part of your tasks
  • For technical support, you will work closely with our support team in the UK and Germany
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences
Requirements
  • Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration or similar degree
  • Professional expertise in technical sales or key account management is essential
  • You have experience in interacting with people from the transport/road sector in municipalities and cities
  • Also, proven experience in successfully developing and increasing market share
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders characterizes you
  • You are a strong, results-oriented sales person with negotiation skills and high customer orientation and are open to travel in the territory
  • Strong skills with CRM software is necessary
  • You are used to working independently
  • In addition to Swedish, it is important that you are business fluent in English, another foreign language is a plus
  • You should be based in Sweden
